H&M is coming

O.K., so I am excited that H&M is coming to Atlanta. The brand has some excited fusions going on right now. To read more click (here)

For many of you outside of the traffic riddle city you may not understand, cause you have your H&M up and running. What my Atlanta readers should (and will) know is that when you want to go out and look good right now (not now but right now) it is good to have an H&M close by. It also helps that a fellow DSU Hornet (Hi T) has a major part in getting the flagship store in Atlantic Station up in running.

I have to head to the airport Delta has screwed with my flight schedule again. (maybe they to worried about that merger). D.C here I come.

Little Black Dress = Lady

Ok, this goes without saying, but there is something to be said about this little Burberry dress. I think it can fit you into to so many different occasions that it kind of has a sneaky vibe to it. It has that i am a "Lady" vibe, and not in the way your mother told you about. It has it in the I still know how to party harder than you, but I am smart enough to do it where there are no cameras (at lease ones I didn't put there, wink wink) kind of way.

Reunions

So I get a call from a friend of mine from high school (remember that place that shaped your life a lot more than you thought it would) and she proceeds to remind me that because I was the Student Government President that I have to plan our 10 year reunion. In my mind I am like this cant be happening, I live in another state far away, and wasn't sure I was even going, and it's my job to plan it. I am instantly reminded of a conversation that I had with a teacher about how that position was much more than a popularity contest (I didn't believe her), and consistent with the rest of the things teachers told me that I thought wrong she was right. Lets skip to part you guys care about. When in a reunion situation or any big gathering where you will see people that you have not seen in a while, it is important to control your "PR". You have about 3-4 hours to convince people that you were (and still are) worth their vote for that superlative for best dressed. OK most of us didn't get that one, but we should of. Now, we have to appear stylish and confident without looking worried about approval. OMG this is really like high school. I think today's dress gets an A+ for the assignment. Its the little black dress with a twist. No, really it has a twist. It doesn't say I over dressed for this to compensate for my dull life (teachers pet), nor does it say I didn't bother to do the assignment at all (classroom flunkie). This is reunion done right, it says yes I am doing well, in fact I am doing so well I dont have to shout it. Now if your reunion is during the day time we also have this in a really fresh summer blue either way these dresses will get you to the head of the class. Summer is so Nautical

Ok its summer (well not really but we can act like it is) more like spring, and I am headed to Miami,

Im thinking light and airy flowing clothes (you should be too, go check the gallery)

what do I find this Multi color silk A-line dress with draw string neck and a sea board striped hem band. (Only cause I knew where to look, dtailOriented)

This dress is from Marc Jacobs. It has a contrasting self tie drawstring, exaggerated arm holes, two front patch pockets. It falls above the knee and simply pulls on.
