Mr. and Mrs. Gross (Eva and her man) Prep for Valentine's Day
Eva Pigford and her soon to be husband Lance Gross announced their engagement late last year, and appear to be prepping for lovers day (aka Valentines Day); which is coming soon.My friend and fellow blogger (www.flyguychronicles.com) caught up with the two of them to talk couple's life for Rolling Out Magazine, and I hear there was mention of a stripper poll. That guy Lance is a lucky gentleman.

Hey, remember when these were some of the hottest ladies in the game. Every girl wanted the look and the fellas well, the fellas just wanted them. I still wouldn't mind having Dawn singing "Don't Go" to me one good time. Anyway, its just good to see them together.
What the What? Diesel's ads W/ Allie from The City
Whitney Port’s new friend Allie on The City is a member of the cast who actually does what they say they do (she is a model). Well hmm....anyway, I am not sure I get where Diesel is going with this ad, but I guess it is a paying modeling gig. (Great work if you can get it)
However, her boyfriend Adam Senn (also from The City) has been walking the runways of Men’s Fashion Week in Milan for Dolce and Gabbana’s recent ad, and he always walks in their runway show. IMO that sounds a little more like modeling to me. What do you think?

Dtails: Diva or Downer : Victoria Beckham never smiles
If you know me, then you know how I feel about this. I have a problem with Posh Spice, because she never smiles. I have checked, and nope she never smiles.
Right now she is on the cover of Russian Vogue and an underwear model for Armani
(she joined her husband David Beckham in doing such) so what is there not to be happy about?
You guys seem to love her, so I'll leave it alone for now. I would love to hear your opinion though, what do you think? Diva or Downer?
At Last: Images of Hope
I have heard so much about what the images from the entire inaugural day have been to so many.
The inaugural first dance choked a lot of my friends up (tears and all)
I guess the Etta James cover of "At Last" is fitting for so many reasons.

Do women covet his shoes because of the "Sex" that somehow always comes up when you mention or see a pair of those 5+ inch heels?

Louis Vuitton: When did you fall in love with Hip-Hop
Ok Ok I know
when I get something in to my mind as hot. it is hard to get it out.
That is the case with the LV S/S 2009 collection. It may be because I am an 80's baby
(not the kind born in the 80's, but one who can remember them) and the images just seem "Fresh" and defiant. Louis Vuitton has taken something old and coveted and turned it into "Fly" and new, sort of like a hip hop sample.
Yes, that is exactly it.
This is why I love it. It reminds me of Hip-Hop. 1980's. Defiant. Taking something old turning it into something new. All of those things are how I feel about my first love, and when you add the graffiti its just a backspin away from being Hip-hop itself.
Message to Marc Jacobs and the folks over at LV: In one foul swoop you have done what so many urban outfitter lines have tried for years, great job and I am sure Stephen is proud.

Stephen Sprouse defaced Louis Vuitton and we love him for it
Stephen Sprouse, was an interesting artist. He paired a few of my loves together in his life's work by bringing graffiti and fashion together, and he partnered with one of your favorites as well the house of Louis Vuitton.
It was his tag that was scribbled all over LV handbags in 2001. The whole idea of taking a Sharpie to the covetted bags was so wrong and perverse that we loved it.
The story of all Sprouse's work hits the stores today titled The Stephen Sprouse Book. This book would make a great gift for that hard to shop for Fashionista or Fashionisto, and at a little over $40.00 its cheaper than a Louie bag.

More Weekend What the What: Pants off 2K9 Atlanta
Atlanta has grown too big for it britches,As I am doing my weekend net surfing I see folks in the city of New York doing something quirky as is typical in New York (Pants off 2k9 an organized display of not wearing pants on the subway), and I think to myself that's so New York. I was going to post it anyway.
I shared this with a friend via instant messenger
(my main form of communication) and she responds you know they did that here in Atlanta.
I did not, nor did I think Atlanta had it in it.
I was then livid, because I would have been there with my chicken legs and all. There is no better way to publicly be an underwear shoe model and you know I am ready to add both to the resume.(Joke!!)
